Why did my order get canceled?
Your order was canceled because your SHIPPING ADDRESS and BILLING ADDRESS does not MATCH.
Yes, we ship worldwide!
I understand that international shipping prices can be expensive and I want you to know that I do the best I can to provide reasonable shipping prices.

My item arrived damaged, what do I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item if it is damaged. We do understand things can happen. Please send us your order number, a photo of the damaged product, along with a picture of the shipping label to our email address: customer@yarascents.com . Damaged items must be returned. We will respond within 24 to 48 hours.
Who is responsible for paying for returned damaged products?
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost for a return damaged product. Please make sure that you have a tracking number for your returned item and send an email with the tracking number and your order number.
When do you ship items out?
We ship all orders out Monday through Wednesday. If you place an order on a Thursday, that order will not be shipped out until Monday.
What is the processing time?
Your order will be shipped out within 3-7 business days of when you place your order. Please keep in mind due to COVID-19 shipping times may be longer than usual. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.
Local Pick up orders will take from 2-7 business days when you place your order online.
I entered the wrong shipping address. Can you change it?
If you provide an incorrect address at the time of purchase and your order has already been shipped. Yara Scents does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase. Please ensure that your address is correct upon check out. Any issue with delivery must be taken up with the shipping carrier.
Why haven't I received my package?
Actual delivery time will depend on the carrier, the package is scanned by the carrier. I have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. I am not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.
