Shipping & Refunds

Refunds: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.

Exchange:  We only replace items if they are damaged. If you received an item damaged, send us an email at customer@yarascents.com to get a damage claim. 

Sale Items: Unfortunately, sale items are FINAL SALE. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping: If your SHIPPING ADDRESS and BILLING ADDRESS does not MATCH, your order WILL BE CANCELED. FREE U.S. SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $50. 

Damages: All orders are properly packed for shipping. We do understand that damages can happen. If your order arrives in an unusable state, please contact us at customer@yarascents.com with your order number, a photo of the damaged product and shipping box within 48 hours of receiving. A damage claim will be filed with the shipping carrier, and we will work together to find a solution to your damaged product.
