Shipping policy

All of our candles, wax melts and body oils are made to order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with tracking information.

Address 

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is undeliverable or lost, Yara Scents is not liable for reshipping or replacing the order.
