Refunds & Returns

Because all Yara Scents products are handmade, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped. This applies to all candles, wax melts, car diffusers, room sprays and body products for health and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll be happy to assist you (if applicable). If the damage occurred during shipping, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of sending a replacement item.

We cannot issue refunds for fragrance preference, as scents may smell different from person to person. We cannot issue refunds for sanitary and safety reasons, like body products (oils, lotions, scrubs, etc.) cannot be returned or resold once opened or handled.
